Meeting your Campaign Needs
Prospect Manager gives you the flexibility of a custom database without any of the difficulty of understanding how such a database is operated. Using it you will learn how to create 'To Do' lists for telephone campaigns and personalised mailshots in just 30 minutes. Prospects can be selected for each campaign using any relevant data field, enabling you to search and compile lists based on criteria such as source of lead, status, Sales Person and next action date. Field labels can be personalised, allowing the use of terminology that is easily understood and specific to your company's needs. Significant data, such as Sales Person and source of lead, can be verified against a pop-up list of valid entries that you compile.
Turning Prospects into Customers
Prospects never appear in your Sales Ledger or financial reports, but with Prospect Manager you can still raise estimates or Pro Formas, based upon information in your Stock Control module. When a Prospect becomes a Customer, you can elevate their status at the touch of a button.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
It is easy to view the entire history of your contact with a Customer, including any quotes or trading history, and you have total control over the information that is retained. The system automatically produces a daily 'To Do' list for each of your Staff and you can attach documents to any Customer Record. Each record includes space for up to eight pages of free-format notes and these can be date stamped every time you work with a Customer. This gives your sales team the ideal environment in which to manage Customer-focused sales and marketing campaigns.
Web Enabled
Access Transaction Broker can automatically collect leads from your web site and bring them into Prospect Manager, instantly creating new Prospect Records. This removes the need for any re-keying of data, enabling you to eliminate errors, save time and reduce costs.
